COOP I: Career Readiness Course
This one credit course was created to empower students to begin the process of developing their career. In this class, students learn and practice the various elements needed to be successful in any profession. The curriculum includes self-assessments, career research, job-search strategies, resume writing, interview skills and professionalism. Partnering with the Provost’s Office and Integrated Student Financial Services, Sophomore Year Programs offers students taking 15 or more credits a grant to cover the cost of taking COOP I.
