Orientation

Welcome to our campus! Your educational journey begins at our New Student Orientation. LIU Brooklyn orientation sessions are specially designed for New Students, transfers, adult students (adults 25 and over) and international students. These mandatory sessions are held throughout the summer for students enrolling for the Fall semester, and in December through January for those enrolling for the Spring semester. There is a mandatory orientation fee for all students.

Orientation is a great introduction to life at LIU Brooklyn. You will learn about campus facilities, resources, clubs and activities, health services, support services, and so much more! You also can meet with an academic advisor to guide you through the self-registration process, tour the campus, meet with other key university departments and meet current LIU Brooklyn students. Students who are admitted to LIU Brooklyn will receive orientation information in the mail or via e-mail. Orientation sign up is required.
