Our weight loss club offers professional-level consultation and helps you to create a diet and exercise plan that is tailored to your specific needs and weight-loss goals. Lose weight safely and effectively. Learn how eating regular, healthy meals and staying active can help you to maintain an optimal weight throughout the course of your lifetime.
Amy Mills M.S., RD, CDN is a registered dietitian and a certified dietitian-nutritionist with an M.S. in nutrition from NYU. She is the owner of Nutrition 911, which provides nutrition counseling and education services.
The Club meets on Mondays, 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
