General Sports Sciences Minor
The 12 credit General Sports Sciences minor is designed to provide students with a basic knowledge and practical skills in exercise, nutrition, and fitness. The Sports Sciences minor is of use to any student interested in enhancing their own personal health and wellness and/or seeking to enter a health field.
The General Sports Sciences minor consists of four courses (12 credits).
||Evaluation of Health and Fitness
Three advanced Sports Sciences classes numbered above 100.
Students must have completed all prerequisites prior to registering for the required courses. A grade of “C” or higher must be earned in all minor courses.
Students MUST consult with an ATHES advisor to select elective courses in their Minor.
