What services do you provide?

Who provides the services?

Clinical staff are licensed by the NY State Office of the Professions, and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the New York State Department of Education. In our service delivery model, the staff supervises and works closely with graduate students in the communication sciences and disorders program to provide the highest quality and most appropriate services to fit our clients’ individual needs.

Where is the clinic located?

The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Metcalfe building on the campus of LIU Brooklyn (corner of Flatbush Ave. and Dekalb Ave.) For complete directions, click here.

What are the clinic’s hours?

The clinic is open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Is there a waiting list?

Depending on the needs of yourself or your child, there may be a wait to receive services. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

How can I pay for services?

You can use cash or check to pay for services (credit card option coming soon).

Does the clinic accept health insurance?

The clinic does not accept health insurance. However, we do provide forms that can be submitted to your insurance companies for possible reimbursement.
