How to Use Your My LIU Account

Account StatementAs a student, your main focus should be on your studies, not on worrying about how to pay your bill. The My LIU portal has made it easier than ever to manage you college finances and to pay your bills online, 24/7, so that you can concentrate on what’s important and make the most of your education.

The portal allows you to:

 

1. View your current statement balance online

Log in to your My LIU account. Your My LIU Student Center page will be displayed. Click on the “Account Inquiry” link from within the “Finances” section, and your current statement will appear.

2. Pay your bill online by using a credit card or check

Log in to your My LIU account. Your My LIU Student Center page will be displayed. Click on the “Make a Payment” link from the Student Center home page, or from within the “Account Inquiry” section to access the My LIU Payment Gateway, and pay your bill.

3. Set up an authorized user account online so that a relative, a guardian, or an employer can pay an outstanding balance on your behalf

Log in to your My LIU account. Your My LIU Student Center page will be displayed. Click on the “Make a Payment” link from the Student Center home page, or from within the “Account Inquiry” section, to access the My LIU Payment Gateway. From here, click on the "Authorized Users" tab to add anauthorized user.

Note: Those users authorized by you will only be able to view financial activity, either in summary or in detailed format, depending upon your selection.

Students and authorized users can pay bills directly by accessing the My LIU Payment Gateway.
